Shannon Taylor manages our property.  She is not only the one who makes sure the property is clean, tidy and well stocked, but she is also your neighbor during your stay as she lives within the complex.  Shannon is vested in making this area a wonderful place to visit as well as to live.    Our goal is that the property is in great condition and you won't need her during your stay.  But, in the event that something unexpected comes up you will know she is close by and ready to help.

We spent over a year searching for the right vacation home.   Deciding on the emerald coast for their beautiful white quartz sand beaches was easy.   We looked at homes up and down the coast from Pensacola, down 30A and into Panama City.   Ultimately, we loved the community of Crystal Beach.   We wanted a newer property with access to Destin attractions as well as Seaside but wanted a relaxed feel and the ability to access Hwy 98 easily.   We love that we can bike up and down Scenic Hwy 98 with ease as well as hop over to all of the shopping and restaurants at Destin Commons while avoiding the heaviest traffic during the busy summer months.  We are close to grocery stores, restaurants, Henderson State Park and several smaller beach accesses as well as the larger public accesses James Lee Park (Crab Trap) and Miramar Beach (Pompano Joes).    All that Destin, Sandestin and Seaside has to offer is a quick ride away.  We find we rarely need our car, though, as we can walk, bike or golf cart to everything we need.
